DOE will also examine the impact on manufacturers and will employ an altered industry cash flow model modified to fit this particular product to calculate manufacturing NPV. DOE will also consider the effects of these proposals on small businesses as well as other subgroups of manufacturers to identify those who are likely to be affected.
